First things first. As you can see in the footer of every page I have no relationship with the NBA or the volunteer program. I'm just a Spanish NBA fan with an All-Star website.

Over the past few years 'How to be an NBA All-Star volunteer' is by far the question I've been asked most often through this website. I decided to start a 'Volunteer mailing list' and send a one-time email when the sign-up started.

But surprisingly, last year for New York All-Star the NBA did not make any announcement about the volunteer program. It was like their best kept secret!

For Toronto All-Star I won't keep the volunteer mailing list anymore. Any information I find about the volunteer program will be announced in this page.

If anybody has some info about volunteer opportunities for the 2016 Toronto NBA House or any experience as a volunteer in 2015, please send me a message.

The traditional NBA Jam Session known since 2015 NBA All-Star as 'NBA House' will be hosted in the Direct Energy Center at Exhibition Place, dates still to be confirmed, but probably starting around February 8 or 9.

Exhibition Place is Canada’s largest entertainment venue, attracting over 5 million visitors a year. The 192-acre site will be transformed into the world’s largest interactive basketball theme park.

The traditional Jam Session renamed as NBA House was hosted for the first time in two different places: Skylight at Moynihan Station and Paramount Theatre at LIU Brooklyn.
