Young Hollywood, member of TFB (Team Flight Brothers) got the second Slam Dunk Showdown in Los Angeles winning at home with the text message voting. Taurian "Air Up There" Fontenette, won the first edition in Dallas and 'Young Hollywood' was a finalist then. The 3 finalists of the 2011 edition were: Kenny Dobbs, Terry 'TDub' Cuornoyea and Justin 'Jus Fly' Darlington.

    Rules

    The NBA and Sprite are bringing the best amateur dunkers in the U.S. to the NBA All-Star Weekend 2011 in Los Angeles to crown a Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown champion.

  • One champion dunker will be selected in each of the eight Slam Dunk Showdown cities, winning $1,000.
  • Two champions will be selected via the online video submission contest.
  • Of the ten total champions, the public will vote for their favorites and the top four dunkers will be sent to the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles to compete for the $10,000 Grand Prize.
